Pastor Bill Cecrle received his BA in Religion from NNU in Nampa, Idaho. During his time in school there, he served as an interim Pastor and a Youth Pastor for a rural community church. After graduation, he and his wife Sunshine moved to Kansas. There, Bill attended Nazarene Theological Seminary and earned an MA in Theological Studies. They relocated to Oregon and Bill worked in the fitness industry for nearly a decade.

Pastor Bill brings a deep well of experience to Central Oregon. He has a passion for knowing God and the people God loves, and he believes all people matter to God.

Pastor Bill is a licensed Occupational Therapist.  He loves to camp, fish, hunt, and spend time in the outdoors. Bill and Sunshine have been married 26 years. They have two teenage sons.
